OV Style Magazine is seeking a motivated sales representative to help promote our curated restaurant guide: The Well Chosen Table. See promotional info and sample layout here.
Details: This position is a part-time, temporary (until all the spots in the guide are sold) position. You set your own schedule with the goal of selling all 16 spots before September 15. The guide launches with the October issue.
Spots in the guide are for 1 year (October to October), so you can sell one time and get monthly commissions for the whole year. Build a good relationship with the business owner/manager and renewals will be a breeze.
The restaurant agrees to the $199 monthly ad fee by signing the ad agreement (they provide the credit card number).
We will assist with ad creation if needed. There is a $35 fee for this service (one time or whenever they want to change their ad). The restaurant can change their ad every month is they want.
20% commission per spot per month is the pay (on a 1099 Independent Contractor arrangement).
Example: All 16 spots sold by you = $636.80 per month X 12 months = $7641.60. (Paid monthly because we bill the restaurant monthly). For only about 2 months work.
We provide you with sales direction, OV Style business cards, Ad Agreement file and Sales flyers. Successful candidate will enter an annual Independent Contractor agreement with Three Knolls Media.
